  • I want to apply for a credit card. What do I do ?

Banque Invik issues credit card in co-operation with different companies and the cards are offered to the companies' customers. You get an offer if you are pre-approved a card.

  • I have received a new credit card that needs to be activated. What do I do ?

Read the information supplied with the card, call +352-26-31 31 31 and follow the instructions given.

  • I have received my new card. When do I receive my PIN-code ?

For security reasons the PIN-code is sent separately three days after the card. If you have not received your code within a week after receiving your card, please send an e-mail to creditcard@banqueinvik.com .

  • I have forgotten my PIN-code. Can I get a new one ?

Yes, please send an e-mail to creditcard@banqueinvik.com .

  • Can I change my PIN-code ?

No, the PIN-code is automatic and cannot be changed.

  • My card soon expires. Do I get a new one automatically?

Yes, you will receive it by regular mail the month before the old card expires.

  • I have a card and would like to get an extra card to a family member. What do I do ?

It is possible to get extra cards to some of our cards. Please send an e-mail to creditcard@banqueinvik.com  for more information.

  • My card does not work. What shall I do ?

Please try your card more than once. It can be a problem with the magnetic stripe if the card works when the card number is being entered manually. If you cannot solve the problem, please send an e-mail to creditcard@banqueinvik.com .

  • My card is lost or stolen. What shall I do ?

Please call the customer service IMMEDIATELY and block your card on phone number +352-26-31 31 31. Between 00:00-07:00 a lost/stolen card is reported to MasterCard +1-636-7227111 or Visa +1-410-5813836.

  • Can I withdraw cash from an ATM and/or bank with my credit card ?

Yes, for a fee of 3% of the withdrawn amount or a minimum of €3.5 (or equivalent).

  • Is there any insurance included on the credit card ?

No, no insurance is included.

  • I would like to increase the credit limit of my credit card. What do I do ?

You need to have had the card for a minimum of twelve months and paid flawlessly in order to be able to increase the limit. The customer service can inform you of your status and if possible to increase the limit. Please send an e-mail to creditcard@banqueinvik.com .

  • Can the credit card invoice be paid through direct debit ?

Yes, for European cardholders Banque Invik offers direct debit. Please send an e-mail to creditcard@banqueinvik.com  for further information.

  • Can I check the balance of my credit card on the internet?

Banque Invik offers a web-service that enables you to review your account with balance and amount avaiable etc. Please review the segment Credit Card Account Access in the left column for more information.

  • Has my payment been booked on my account ?

Please use the Credit Card Account Access service for checking if a payment has been made.

  • I would like to check the balance of my credit card ?

Please use the Credit Card Account Access service for checking the balance of your card.

  • I have not received any invoice/statement. When should it come and what do I do otherwise ?

The statement is sent after the 15th or the 30th of the month (based on billing cycle). Information about what amount to be pay and what account number to be used can be requested from the customer service, by sending an e-mail to creditcard@banqueinvik.com .

  • I have received my statement but do not understand it?

The statement/invoice states your card number, your credit limit, when, where and for how much you have used the card, the total amount used and the minimum due.

  • How much must I pay each month ?

The monthly minimum due is 5% of the total outstanding balance or a certain minimum amount.

  • I would like to change my address. What do I do ?

Please use the Credit Card Account Access service for a direct address change facility.

  • I have changed my name. What do I do ?

To get a card with your new name, please send a letter and an official transcript showing your name change.

  • I want to cancel my credit card. What do I do ?

Please cut your card in two pieces and send it together with a signed cancellation letter that states your name, address, card number and a reason for the cancellation to Banque Invik S.A., Card Department, P.O. Box 285, L-2012 Luxembourg, LUXEMBOURG.
