The bank offers both so called Trust Services and Treasury Outsourcing. Trust services are conducted under the name Modern Treuhand and include services in company formation, administration and accounting, primarily for holding companies. The operations are conducted in Luxembourg and in the Netherlands. Furthermore, Modern Treuhand is active through external partners on, for example, Malta and Cyprus. The Treasury Outsourcing operations are conducted in Luxembourg and Stockholm and involve Cash management, Risk management, Corporate financing, administration and back office.
