Modern Treuhand offers corporate incorporation, administration and management services ("Trust Services") to clients. Operating independently as a department of Banque Invik S.A., Modern Treuhand can be very flexible whilst fully respecting confidentiality under the Luxembourg banking secrecy law.
Modern Treuhand started its operations in Luxembourg in 2001. In 2003 the operations were expanded to the Netherlands where trust services are provided by Modern Treuhand B.V., a subsidiary of Banque Invik S.A. located in Rotterdam.
Through co-operations and partnerships Modern Treuhand can provide clients with solutions also involving other jurisdictions, such as Cyprus, Malta, Liechtenstein and British Virgin Islands.
The services provided are based on each client's individual situation. Modern Treuhand's aim is to provide each client with a personal and exclusive service at a reasonable cost.
To obtain the best solution for each client, Modern Treuhand prefers to discuss the best solution directly with the client and any advisor. Modern Treuhand provides personalized guidance to follow through the recommendations from its clients and their advisors.
In addition to the incorporation, Modern Treuhand provides domiciliation, management and administrative services to its clients. Domiciliation includes providing registered office. Modern Treuhand is able to provide local directors and managers' domiciliation, either as a corporate entity or one or more qualified individuals. Administrative services include bookkeeping, organizing and minuting shareholders' and board of directors' meetings and filing tax returns.
